Nigerian Afrobeat musician, Seun Anikulapo  Kuti has revealed those giving guns to bandits who are killing innocent Nigerians.



Seun Kuti has exposed those behind the bloody rampage by bandits.


According to the musician and youngest son of Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Nigerian politicians are the ones giving guns to bandits.


In a trending video posted on social media, Seun stated that if Nigerians want banditry to end, all politicians in the country should write down a' list of people they have given guns to' so that the weapons can be retrieved.


''Politicians are the ones giving bandits guns in Nigeria. Let's not act like we don't know. If we want to end this banditry, all politicians should write down a list of people they've given guns to so we can go and collect it back. These are political thugs."

OPC VS OPCI at Ikire, Irewole Local Government Area of Osun State

Two persons died  yesterday in Ikire, headquarters of Irewole Local Government Area of Osun State, when members of Odua Peoples Congress (OPC) and Odua Peoples Congress Initiative (OPCI) clashed. The Nation gathered the rival groups started their supremacy fight on Saturday, which led to some members sustain injuries till yesterday (Thursday) leaded to street fight and to  two people was confirmed dead in the battle.  It was learnt that the groups engaged in gun battles, creating tension in the town. Coordinator of OPC Osun State, Prince Deji Aladeshawe, confirmed the incident. In his words:  “The incident is true, one Olayode was reported killed on our side A(OPC) while one Wasiu was killed at the side of OPCI.” Special Adviser to Osun Governor on Security, Mrs. Abiodun Ige, stated that; the State Government has intervened and settled the matter with the help of police.
