Sahara Reporters Revealed Why Gen. Tukur Buratai Left Nigeria after his Tenure



Actually, Everyone is corrupt in certain way but there are some people who his/her life is full of corruption and everything they have achieved in their life is due to how they manipulate the Government and the lies which they told to get to the position that they currently occupy. Although, Many people have been accused of corruption but in Nigeria, there are different levels of corruption because some people have committed more crimes than other people.



While some people may have been jailed after their secret were exposed, some people continue to live free and happy because their secretes have not been exposed yet and the people who knows about their secret are doing their best to keep the secret safe due to what may happen if the people eventually finds out about them. Also, in Nigeria, immunity has made some people to escape being investigated by the appropriate authority.



 Now, it's time for the former chief of Army staff, General Tukur Buratai who left his country (Nigeria) immediately after his tenure, to become ambassador in Benin Republic.


However, a newspaper who seem to be very interested in what is going on in the public affairs have launched an Investigation into the activities of the former chief of army staff, General Tukur Buratai who retired some months ago. The newspaper who wrote about him today said that the former military chief is involved in some corrupt practices but he resigned from his position due to the way he was being criticised by the people.


Another Statement made by another newspaper said that Tukur Buratai ought to have been investigated in other to know how the 1$ billion naira arms fund were spent. It should be known that the army is being investigated in other to know how they spent the money which was released for the purchase of weapons and the payment of soldiers salaries during the tenure of Tukur Buratai.


After Tukur Buratai left office, the believe of many people was that, the army chief would be investigated in order for the country to know if he used the money for what it was meant for. The army could not account for the money and they believe that, the former army chief of staff would be invited by the National Assembly in other for him to explain how he spent the money but the army Chief, Tukur Buratai Immediately lobbied for ambassadorial position. He used his connection to get the ambassadorial deal and left Nigeria in other not to be investigated or queried by the nation assembly over what the 1$ Billion Naira arms fund was used for.
